Oliver Peters. born 1970, lives and works in Hamburg.
He is actively involved in electronic music since the
early 1990s. Releases and performances of electroacouctic
music since 2002 as EVAPORI.

His compositions are based on diverse concrete sound
sources: field recordings, processed found sound,
self built objects and special treatment of acoustic
instruments like cello and piano.
These elements are carefully interwoven, building multipe
structures between harmonic minimalism and concrete
noise. the music of EVAPORI is atmospheric, yet complex
and unpredictable.

Peters founded the mini label AIC in 2002 together with
Nicolas Wiese. On the Tausendfuessler label he released the
well received 3?CD “Na katarynce”. Live performances,
among others, at Hoerbar/ Hamburg, Westwerk/ Hamburg,
Wohlfahrt/ Rotterdam, Extrapool/ Nijmegen,
Elektronisches Wohnzimmer/ Cologne, Kulturfestival Preetz.
